Directions:
Shake before use. Daily maintenance/preventive dose - Drink 10 -30 mls (two – six metric teaspoons) full-strength or, if preferred, in a glass of water or juice.
Or
When occasionally required (not long term) - up to 20 mls (four metric teaspoons) every three hours for two to three days or as directed by a health professional.
