Dreaming of a Good Night’s Sleep?

With the pressures of our super busy lifestyles, at least we should be able to look forward to the sanctuary of a well deserved good night’s sleep, right?

There is a simple, very visual test that is really useful in helping you determine if your body is in need of Iodine:

Simply  apply Iodine to a patch of skin (a roll-on transdermal Iodine is most convenient).  If the colour fades in a few hours your body is needing Iodine.  


To get your levels up to where they should be, continue to reapply until the colour remains for 24 hours without fading, indicating that the body now has a sufficient level of Iodine. The soles of your feet are the area of most rapid absorption but other areas may be used.  
Repeat the test periodically.


This is a very safe way to take Iodine as your body will only absorb what it needs at any given time.

Electrolytes refer to minerals in your body that have an electrical charge.
